Coming later this summer, Lantern Tree Books is going to be even brighter and better than ever! Our new space at: 5015 8th Street in the new Linden Square will host more shelf space and better natural lighting! (And if rumors are true, we are right next to a Coffee shop!)
With more room for books, more areas for readings, and a wonderful community space, we are truly excited for our future in Carpinteria. (As a bookstore owner, a parent, a publisher, and a resident of this amazing seaside town.)

We’re delighted to announce that Volume 11 will be a collaboration between the Santa Barbara Literary Journal and Polyverse Publishing. Louis Force Torres, the publisher at Polyverse, is also the owner of Lantern Tree Books in Carpinteria, which is quickly becoming a hub of literary activity.
